Job Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Duties
- Model and teach WOW service with a "customer is our boss" mentality
- Train and develop stylists to ensure they provide WOW experiences
- Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest connections
- Assist in building brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives
- Ensure store safety and asset protection standards are met
- Educate guests and team members about product details and personal style
- Adapt to different store functions including sales floor, events, and back of house
- Support team collaboration and share ideas to create accountability and commitment
- Proactively resolve guest concerns to maintain positive experiences
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
- Challenge self and others to achieve clear goals and foster personal growth
