Job Requirements
- must be over the age of 18
- ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
- ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- ability to stand and walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- model and teach WOW service with a customer-first mentality
- assist with daily store operations
- train and develop Stylists to provide WOW experiences
- drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest connections
- support philanthropic efforts and community initiatives
- maintain store safety and asset protection standards
- communicate product details and style recommendations
- flex between sales floor, Color Bar, events, and back of house
- collaborate with team members to provide WOW customer experiences
- proactively resolve guest concerns and take on new challenges
- provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members
