Job Requirements

  • must be over the age of 18
  • ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
  • ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
  • ability to stand and walk for at least 6 hours per shift
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • model and teach WOW service with a customer-first mentality
  • assist with daily store operations
  • train and develop Stylists to provide WOW experiences
  • drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest connections
  • support philanthropic efforts and community initiatives
  • maintain store safety and asset protection standards
  • communicate product details and style recommendations
  • flex between sales floor, Color Bar, events, and back of house
  • collaborate with team members to provide WOW customer experiences
  • proactively resolve guest concerns and take on new challenges
  • provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members
