Job Requirements

  • must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
  • a minimum of three years proven driving experience
  • willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening and MVR check
  • availability to work flexible schedules including very early mornings and/or late nights
  • reliable attendance and commitment to consistency

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
  • comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
  • strong focus and attention to detail
  • positive, team-oriented attitude
  • access to reliable transportation
  • familiarity with GPS devices and navigation
  • previous experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales representative, driver, or warehouse roles preferred

Job Duties

  • safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner
  • adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements
  • conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning
  • count and record inventory with precision
  • follow a clear, consistent workflow
  • move between inventory locations often standing or walking for extended periods
  • meet daily performance goals
