Job Requirements
- must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- a minimum of three years proven driving experience
- willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening and MVR check
- availability to work flexible schedules including very early mornings and/or late nights
- reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
- strong focus and attention to detail
- positive, team-oriented attitude
- access to reliable transportation
- familiarity with GPS devices and navigation
- previous experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales representative, driver, or warehouse roles preferred
Job Duties
- safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner
- adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements
- conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning
- count and record inventory with precision
- follow a clear, consistent workflow
- move between inventory locations often standing or walking for extended periods
- meet daily performance goals
