Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- retail or customer service experience required
- must have experience working with children and children’s events
- excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal
- ability to handle job stress and interact well with others

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects, perform face painting and other activities
- facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- communicate effectively with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks like answering emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- create backup or emergency plans
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up and cleaning before and after events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- engage customers on Rewards program benefits and assist enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and comply with company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with others
- cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- perform other duties as assigned
