Job Requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations

- Retail customer experience preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain floor care cleanliness including operation of scrubber and buffer
- Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Spot clean glass and windows
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms
- Refill essential items in lounge, restrooms, and front end
- Support front end coverage needs
- Participate in store recovery throughout the day
- Adhere to operational and loss prevention controls including shrink reduction
- Communicate effectively with management and associates
- Follow labor laws and policies including meal and break periods
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
