Job Requirements
- Possession of Marijuana Establishment Agent Card
- Valid jurisdictional work cards as required
- Ability to operate under company policies and procedures
- Ability to complete directives timely
- Clear communication skills verbally and in writing
- Basic understanding of compliance software and technology
- Adherence to local state and federal regulations
- Capacity to work autonomously
- Flexible work schedule including emergency coverage
- Professional representation in community and regulatory interactions
- Observance of safety procedures and protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations desirable
- Proficiency with Point of Sale systems
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills including word processing and database management
- Ability to follow complex instructions and regulatory standards
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
Job Duties
- Help retail customers in accordance with the companys mission vision goals and objectives
- Provide customers assistance in making educated purchasing decisions with extensive retail product knowledge
- Complete any work assigned during scheduled shifts
- Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Follow proper cash handling procedures and discount coupon application
- Answer phones and greet customers pleasantly
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and product sales
- Assist in the cannabis product inventory intake process following quality assurance protocols
- Prepare package and deliver curbside pickup orders accurately
- Verify identity of curbside pickup customers before transaction
- Ensure correct payment before providing purchase
- Complete curbside pickup transactions upon return to retail facility
- Maintain medical patient confidentiality according to HIPAA
- Apply security and safety compliance procedures and protocols
- Keep store organized clean and maintain sales floor and inventory areas
- Maintain open communication with management team and co-workers
- Report employee issues or customer concerns to supervisory staff
- Support management team to ensure successful retail operations including daily activities maintenance and customer complaint resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction following company sales policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
