Job Requirements
- marijuana establishment agent card and jurisdictional work cards as required
- ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of cannabis products and industry standards
- proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- basic understanding of compliance software and information technology
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to operate standard office equipment and software
- attention to detail
- understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to retail and cannabis industry
Job Duties
- help retail customers in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives
- provide customers assistance in making educated purchasing decisions with extensive retail product knowledge
- complete any work assigned during scheduled shifts
- use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
- follow proper cash handling procedures and discount/coupon application
- answer phones and greet customers with a pleasant disposition
- maintain accurate inventory counts and product sales
- assist in cannabis product inventory intake according to quality assurance protocols
- prepare, package, and deliver curbside pickup orders to customers
- verify identity of curbside pickup customers before transactions
- ensure correct amounts of money are received
- complete curbside pickup transactions at retail sales facility
- maintain medical patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- apply all security and safety compliance procedures
- maintain store organization, cleanliness, and general upkeep
- communicate openly with management and co-workers
- report employee issues or customer concerns to supervisory staff
- support management in maintaining successful retail operations including daily activities and issue resolution
- ensure customer satisfaction by following established policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
