Job Qualifications
- minimum age of 21 years
- must pass all required background checks
- compliance with all legal and company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- previous customer service experience preferred
- proficiency with Windows-based software and POS applications
- excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- ability to interpret and comply with complex laws, regulations, and standards
- ability to establish effective working relationships with employees, management, government agencies, community, and the public
- ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Job Duties
- help retail customers in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives
- provide extensive retail product knowledge to assist customers in making educated purchasing decisions
- complete assigned work during scheduled shifts
- accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system
- follow proper cash handling procedures and discount/coupon application
- answer the phone and greet customers with a pleasant disposition
- maintain accurate inventory counts and product sales
- assist in cannabis product inventory intake according to quality assurance and inventory protocols
- prepare, package, and deliver curbside pickup orders accurately
- verify identity of curbside pickup customers before transactions
- ensure correct remittance of money before providing purchases
- complete curbside pickup transactions upon return
- maintain medical patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
- apply all security and safety compliance procedures
- maintain store organization, cleanliness, and general upkeep
- communicate openly with management and coworkers
- report employee and customer issues to supervisory staff
- support management team in daily activities and issue resolution
- ensure customer satisfaction following company’s policies and procedures
- perform other assigned duties
