Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with financial responsibility
- proven ability to manage profit and loss
- flexible work schedule availability including nights, days, weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with financial responsibility
- previous management proficiency in high volume retail with profit and loss accountability
- ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- excellent team leadership skills

Job Duties
- oversee travel center and restaurant operations to achieve business plans and objectives
- ensure customer expectations are met
- conduct meetings with subordinate employees
- maintain effective vendor relationships
- build, coach, manage and develop teams

- provide customer service
- perform profit and loss analysis
