Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of management experience in retail or related industry
  • proficiency in financial management and P&L analysis
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication skills
  • commitment to integrity and accountability at the managerial level

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • excellent team leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends and holidays
