Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in retail or related industry
- proficiency in financial management and P&L analysis
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- commitment to integrity and accountability at the managerial level
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- excellent team leadership skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends and holidays
