Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build and coach teams
