Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to build and coach teams
