Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industries
- Proven financial responsibility and P&L accountability
- Ability to lead and build a customer-focused team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to uphold company values and culture
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industries with financial responsibility
- Previous management experience in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and sustain a customer-focused culture
- Excellent team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong integrity and accountability at a managerial level
Job Duties
- Generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans
- Ensure customer expectations are met
- Conduct meetings with subordinate employees
- Maintain effective vendor relationships
- Build, coach, manage, and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training perspective
- Drive sales
- Manage team members
- Track inventory
- Provide customer service
- Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis
