Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industries
  • Proven financial responsibility and P&L accountability
  • Ability to lead and build a customer-focused team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Commitment to uphold company values and culture

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industries with financial responsibility
  • Previous management experience in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to create and sustain a customer-focused culture
  • Excellent team leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong integrity and accountability at a managerial level

Job Duties

  • Generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans
  • Ensure customer expectations are met
  • Conduct meetings with subordinate employees
  • Maintain effective vendor relationships
  • Build, coach, manage, and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training perspective
  • Drive sales
  • Manage team members
  • Track inventory
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis
