Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience managing financial results and business operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Military background encouraged but not required
- Ability to maintain integrity, accountability, and a people-first approach
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with financial accountability
- Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail settings with P&L responsibility
- Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
- Experience conducting staff meetings and managing vendor relationships
Job Duties
- Ensure that customer expectations are met
- Conduct meetings with subordinate employees
- Maintain effective vendor relationships
- Build, coach, manage, and develop teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
- Drive sales growth and operational excellence
- Manage team members daily activities
- Track inventory and manage stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis to support business decisions
