Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience managing financial results and business operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Military background encouraged but not required
  • Ability to maintain integrity, accountability, and a people-first approach

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with financial accountability
  • Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail settings with P&L responsibility
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
  • Experience conducting staff meetings and managing vendor relationships

Job Duties

  • Ensure that customer expectations are met
  • Conduct meetings with subordinate employees
  • Maintain effective vendor relationships
  • Build, coach, manage, and develop teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
  • Drive sales growth and operational excellence
  • Manage team members daily activities
  • Track inventory and manage stock levels
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis to support business decisions
