Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with profit and loss accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage teams and conduct meetings
- Experience with inventory tracking and vendor relationships
Job Qualifications
