Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of management experience in retail or related field
- proven experience managing high-volume retail operations
- ability to analyze financial reports and perform P&L duties
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- excellent team leadership skills
- strong integrity and accountability
- flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays
