Job Requirements
- 7+ years supervisory experience in retail
- bachelors degree preferred
- leadership experience
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- familiarity with financial and customer service principles

- basic reading, writing and accounting skills
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years supervisory experience in retail preferred or graduate of Best Seller Program
- bachelors in business administration or relevant field preferred
- leadership experience directing and developing managers and sales associates
- strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- familiarity with financial and customer service principles
- basic reading, writing and accounting skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee store or group of stores with annual volumes over $6 million
- manage all store aspects including financial results, operations, merchandising, talent acquisition, customer service, and campus relations
- build and maintain positive relationships with campus community and corporate partners
- lead training, directing, and counseling of team members to enhance customer experiences
- demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving
- analyze sales figures, interpret trends, and forecast future sales
- ensure health, safety, and loss prevention standards are met
