Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry
  • demonstrated ability to manage financial results
  • strong customer service orientation
  • effective leadership and communication skills
  • available to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • previous management proficiency in high volume retail with profit and loss accountability
  • ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • excellent team leadership skills
  • flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • oversee travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve sales and profit objectives
  • ensure that customer expectations are met
  • conduct meetings with subordinate employees
  • maintain effective vendor relationships
  • build, coach, manage and develop teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring and training
  • drive sales growth
  • track inventory
  • provide exceptional customer service
  • perform profit and loss analysis
