Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry
- demonstrated ability to manage financial results
- strong customer service orientation
- effective leadership and communication skills
- available to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- previous management proficiency in high volume retail with profit and loss accountability
- ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- excellent team leadership skills
- flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- oversee travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve sales and profit objectives
- ensure that customer expectations are met
- conduct meetings with subordinate employees
- maintain effective vendor relationships
- build, coach, manage and develop teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring and training
- drive sales growth
- track inventory
- provide exceptional customer service
- perform profit and loss analysis
