Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with financial responsibility
  • Proven previous management experience in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee high-volume retail facilities to meet sales and profitability targets
  • Manage and develop retail teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
  • Conduct meetings with subordinate employees to ensure communication and alignment
  • Maintain effective relationships with vendors
  • Track inventory levels and manage stock to optimize availability
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis to monitor financial performance
