Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with financial responsibility
- Proven previous management experience in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee high-volume retail facilities to meet sales and profitability targets
- Manage and develop retail teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
- Conduct meetings with subordinate employees to ensure communication and alignment
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors
- Track inventory levels and manage stock to optimize availability
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis to monitor financial performance
