Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years management experience in retail, restaurant or grocery industry
- Previous management experience handling P and L responsibilities
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with profit and loss accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Excellent team leadership skills
- Strong integrity and accountability at the managerial level
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
