Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years management experience in retail, restaurant or grocery industry
  • Previous management experience handling P and L responsibilities
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with profit and loss accountability
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Excellent team leadership skills
  • Strong integrity and accountability at the managerial level
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
