Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, management, or marketing
- 5 to 10 years of relevant foodservice industry experience
- Proven people management and coaching skills
- Experience in retail deli/prepared food, commissary/CPU operations, and ingredient sales
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
- Familiarity with Forge and Power BI preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentations
- Ability to use AI technology tools to enhance work productivity
- Willingness to travel at least 50% throughout the United States
- Located near a major airport hub, preferably on the East Coast or Midwest
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing
- 5-10 years of experience within the foodservice industry
- Prior people management and performance management experience
- Experience in retail deli/prepared foods, commissary/CPU operations, and ingredient sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Experience with Forge trade management and Power BI sales management is a significant advantage
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data-driven storytelling
- Ability to adopt AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT to improve efficiency
- Willingness to travel at least 50% nationally
- Proximity to a major city airport hub, preferably East Coast or Midwest
Job Duties
- Manage and grow existing Unilever Food Solutions retail foodservice business in the US
- Plan top and bottom-line growth opportunities, profit improvement actions, and customer-specific activities
- Develop and coach a team of four national account executives
- Identify and target new commissary partners to expand UFS footprint
- Manage trade spend by customer and shape customer portfolio
- Co-design and support customer marketing and promotional plans
- Use data to convert business insights into activation solution selling
- Utilize market trends to create concept solution selling
- Gain insight and lead customers to the right solution
- Network to key customer stakeholders to engage decision makers
- Prepare sales visits with solution recommendations and utilize CRM Salesforce system
- Secure and coordinate customer orders monthly to ensure growth targets are met
- Implement contact matrix and squad approach for key trade customers
- Implement promotions related to key seasons and events
- Ensure timely submission and settlement of claims
