Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work rotating shifts
- commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must comply with hospital and SPHP policies and code of conduct
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food service, retail, or customer service (preferred, not required)
- strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- passion for fresh food and creating a positive dining experience
- read, write and speak English at a minimum 6th grade level
- follow written and verbal instructions and complete high school level computational skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food and beverages
- provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter or register
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- assist with stocking, prep work, and kitchen support as needed
- work collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations
- adhere to SPHP's code of conduct
