Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work rotating shifts
  • commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • must comply with hospital and SPHP policies and code of conduct

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service, retail, or customer service (preferred, not required)
  • strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • passion for fresh food and creating a positive dining experience
  • read, write and speak English at a minimum 6th grade level
  • follow written and verbal instructions and complete high school level computational skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food and beverages
  • provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter or register
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • assist with stocking, prep work, and kitchen support as needed
  • work collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations
