Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work rotating shifts
- willingness to follow established food safety and cleanliness protocols
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math and reading skills
- minimum 6th grade level proficiency in English
- customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food service, retail, or customer service preferred, not required
- strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- passion for fresh food and creating a positive dining experience
- read, write and speak English at a minimum 6th grade level
- follow written and verbal instructions and complete high school level computational skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve fresh high-quality food and beverages
- provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter or register
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- assist with stocking, prep work, and kitchen support as needed
