Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- two years of experience in institutional or commercial food preparation
- one year of supervisory experience
- ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- ability to direct and manage work of others
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- ability to maintain accurate records
- ability to apply mathematical concepts
- communication skills
- physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work varying hours
Job Qualifications

- assess service quality and customer satisfaction

- support training and onboarding of new staff
- manage daily operations including ordering and inventory

- ensure adherence to safety and security protocols
