Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in institutional or commercial food preparation
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Capability to manage and direct work teams
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations regarding food service
- Ability to maintain accurate records and apply mathematical concepts
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work varying hours
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure operational standards for food preparation, presentation, and safety are consistently met through managerial oversight
- Supervise staff to guarantee adherence to established procedures and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assess service quality and customer satisfaction through regular checkpoints
- Uphold high standards for food quality and service to ensure an excellent dining experience
- Enforce all retail dining policies and procedures
- Support daily operations including ordering and inventory management
- Assist with training and onboarding of new hires
- Foster a positive work environment
