Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of experience in institutional or commercial food preparation including one year supervisory experience
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Ability to direct and manage work of others
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to maintain accurate records and complete forms
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to train personnel

- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
