Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 plus years of retail food service management experience
  • Experience with marketing, merchandising and cash handling
  • Ability to lead people and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets
  • Strong customer service and computer skills

  • Starbucks or specialty coffee shop experience is a plus
  • Must be able to lead people and process as well as manage multiple outlets

Job Duties

  • Manage front of house multi site retail outlets including cafeteria, coffee shop, quick service, gift shop, and c store/micromarket dining operations
  • Develop and implement retail services plan to improve service, quality and profitability of service areas
  • Maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified retail experience for customers
  • Manage marketing, merchandising and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure that requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met
  • Maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Drive customer service and track and respond to survey results
  • Directly supervise two or more employees with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increases
  • Assist in location forecast and accounting
  • track sales trends and drive sales
  • Implement specials and limited time offers and coordinate pop up restaurants and food events
  • Manage catering including utilizing catertrax, coordinating with client, menu planning, staffing and setup
