Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years retail food service management experience
- Experience with marketing, merchandising and cash handling
- Strong customer service and computer skills
- Ability to work day shift Monday through Friday with occasional weekend variation
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Green security clearance including fingerprinting and child abuse clearance
- Ability to work on site at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Abramson Research Building
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years retail food service management experience
- Experience with marketing, merchandising and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work day shift Monday through Friday with some weekend variation
Job Duties
- Manages front of house cafeteria and quick service dining operations
- Develops and implements retail services plan to improve service, quality and profitability
- Maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified retail experience
- Manages marketing, merchandising and cash handling procedures
- Ensures sanitation and safety requirements are met
- Maintains client and customer rapport for beneficial business relationships
- Drives customer service and responds to survey results
- Supervises employees including hiring, discipline, performance reviews and pay increases
- Assists with forecasting, accounting, and sales trend analysis
- Implements specials, limited time offers, and coordinates pop-up restaurants and special events
- Manages catering operations including client coordination, menu planning, staffing, and setup
