Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift fifty pounds
- stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift
- use hand motions such as grasping, pushing, and pulling
- perform motions including bending, twisting, squatting, reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- work in varied temperature environments including freezing and warm
- ability to work in wet and cold environments
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and address the needs of customers in a timely and effective manner
- be cross-trained and work in multiple areas throughout the store including cashiering/self-checkout, coffee venue, facing, and stocking
- support auditing of store tags, signs, and scale prices to confirm accuracy
- rotate products and remove out-of-date products
- stay aware of new products and their placement
- support adherence to the highest retail standards
- follow all Daily Shop programs, goals, and standard operating procedures
- participate in fiscal period and quarter end inventories
- communicate all pertinent information to leadership
- stay informed on company and store level updates
- complete all required training on time
- maintain a positive work environment
- use proper phone etiquette when answering phones and pages
- comply with health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices
- support store cleanliness and maintenance
- follow established food safety and organic guidelines
- attend all meetings as assigned by leadership including daily huddles
