Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift fifty pounds
- Ability to stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
- Capacity for hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach regularly
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Experience working in temperatures less than 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and cold environments
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Basic computer skills

- Able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

- Prior retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and address the needs of customers in a timely and effective manner
- Will be cross-trained and work in multiple areas throughout the store including cashiering/SCO, coffee venue, facing and stocking
- Support the auditing of store tags, signs, and scale prices to confirm tag/signage/price accuracy
- Rotate products and remove out-of-date products
- Be aware of new products and their placement
- Support the highest retail standards are being met
- Follow all Daily Shop program, goals, and all Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs)
