Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination or planning preferred
- Experience working with children and children’s events
- Retail or customer service experience required
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or equipment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage clients of all ages creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate events with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust plans based on clients’ feedback and create emergency backup plans
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- Help customers shop and locate products providing helpful solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Benefits programs and complete enrollments
- Assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram setup
- Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to SOPs and company policies
- Interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
