Job Requirements

  • Ability to remain standing for long periods

  • regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage with clients of all ages by fostering an environment of fun and creativity
  • demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
  • facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
  • communicate event details with clients and store team members
  • complete administrative tasks including answering emails, phone calls, and paperwork
  • adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
  • create emergency backup plans
  • ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
  • uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up and cleaning before and after events
  • help customers shop and locate products
  • provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
  • educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
  • assist with omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
  • participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • interact respectfully with others and promote company values
  • cross-train in custom framing selling and production
  • participate in daily store cleanliness activities
