Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience planning and coordinating events
  • ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
  • ability to remain standing for long periods
  • ability to lift heavy items and use ladders
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • ability to perform physical tasks like bending, carrying, and reaching
  • compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events
  • engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
  • demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects and activities
  • facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
  • communicate events with clients and store team members
  • complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and making phone calls
  • adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
  • create backup or emergency plans for events
  • ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
  • uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after each event
