Job Requirements
- Four or more years of retail management experience with increasing responsibility
- Experience managing multi-unit retail, grocery, or convenience store operations with full profit and loss responsibility
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
- Ability to travel weekly with occasional overnight stays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Capability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
- Adaptability to shifting business priorities

- Proven track record of achieving performance goals
- Financial analysis skills including interpreting operating statements, managing budgets, and inventory control
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with flexibility

- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment
- Four or more years of retail management experience with multi-unit operations and full profit and loss responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Big-box retail management or equivalent education and experience combination considered

- Administer human resource policies fairly
- Ensure superior customer service through fun and friendly stores
- Drive area annual sales growth by managing quality orders and efficient processes
- Utilize store tools effectively for superior inventory presentation and management
- Plan and execute company objectives successfully
- Maximize performance and productivity with sensible store scheduling
- Develop human capital through proactive recruitment and education
- Protect company assets through loss prevention and expense control
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the operational area
- Communicate divisional and regional priorities effectively to store teams
