- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Knowledge of large-scale food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Skilled in advanced food preparation techniques
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- Commitment to compliance with documented service and production standards

- Previous experience in retail food service management preferred
- Experience managing branded concepts (e.g., Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Burger King) preferred
Job Duties
- Oversees food quality and presentation to ensure alignment with established standards and the expectations of the campus community in the assigned retail dining location
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and refine food offerings based on supervisory feedback
- Provide comprehensive training by equipping staff with the skills needed for exceptional service and food safety
- Creates a collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages open communication and employee engagement
- Adheres to all University policies, health codes, and safety standards, regularly reviewing practices to ensure adherence
