Job Requirements
- Possess one year of specialized experience in a food service role
- Or have five years of education beyond high school
- Or have three years of general work experience
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of guest relations and hospitality practices
Job Qualifications
- Possess one year of specialized experience in a food service role including front or back of house or supervisory duties
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a diverse workforce
- Proven excellence in customer service and hospitality management
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation and industry standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Preferred education in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field
Job Duties
- Supervise day-of a la carte operations including set-up, service execution, and tear down
- Maintain constant communication with hosts or on-site contacts
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with NABSD Retail Dining and Hospitality policies, practices, and procedures
- Lead and manage front-of-house staff for diverse dining events
- Monitor and uphold food and beverage service standards
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly
