Job Requirements

  • Possess one year of specialized experience in a food service role
  • Or have five years of education beyond high school
  • Or have three years of general work experience
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of guest relations and hospitality practices

Job Qualifications

  • Possess one year of specialized experience in a food service role including front or back of house or supervisory duties
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a diverse workforce
  • Proven excellence in customer service and hospitality management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation and industry standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Preferred education in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field

Job Duties

  • Supervise day-of a la carte operations including set-up, service execution, and tear down
  • Maintain constant communication with hosts or on-site contacts
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Enforce compliance with NABSD Retail Dining and Hospitality policies, practices, and procedures
  • Lead and manage front-of-house staff for diverse dining events
  • Monitor and uphold food and beverage service standards
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly
