Job Duties
- Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
- promotes a culture of honesty and integrity
- orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing merchandise processing
- trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles
- ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
- communicates with Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient goods flow
- ensures associates complete tasks according to store plan and prioritizes as needed
- monitors team productivity and coaches as necessary
- organizes and rotates back stock for replenishment
- maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- maintains organization and cleanliness of backroom
- ensures recycling and hazardous waste compliance
- communicates priorities and updates effectively
- provides and accepts feedback
- partners with management on associate training
- ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures
- promotes credit and loyalty programs
- supports shrink reduction goals and programs
- promotes safety awareness
- other duties as assigned
