Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand during entire shift excluding meal and rest periods
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • Consistent ability to bend and twist at waist and knees
  • Effective communication with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform under pressure
  • Ability to maintain attention for extended periods
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and business hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • At least six months of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Demonstrated multitasking and self-management abilities
  • Knowledge of printing, shipping, and retail operations
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Consistently deliver positive customer experience utilizing consultative skills
  • Take orders and provide accurate pricing and product information
  • Operate and maintain printing, binding, and shipping equipment
  • Assemble and prepare shipments including packaging and labeling
  • Manage production queue and retail supply
  • Assist in training store team members and support supervisors
  • Process financial transactions and complete required paperwork
