Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent education
  • six plus months of specialized experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to stand for entire shift excluding breaks
  • ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • ability to bend and twist at waist and knees
  • effective communication with customers, vendors, and team members
  • ability to follow instructions and cooperate
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment under pressure
  • ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods

Job Duties

  • provides customer expertise in printing, signs, graphics, and shipping
  • takes complex orders and provides accurate pricing
  • operates and maintains printing and binding equipment
  • manages production queue and retail supply
  • maintains a safe, clean, and orderly store
  • processes financial transactions using POS
  • assists in training store team members
  • resolves customer problems quickly and satisfactorily
