Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6 plus months of specialized experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • must meet all employment qualifications at time of hiring
  • meet hiring criteria and transfer requirements if currently employed
  • ability to stand during entire shift excluding breaks
  • ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • ability to bend and twist at waist and knees regularly
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • ability to perform work requiring cooperation and instruction
  • ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
  • ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • specialized experience of 6 months or more
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions
  • assist in training of store team members
  • demonstrate consultative behaviors to understand customer needs
  • provide expertise in printing, signs, graphics, and shipping product lines
  • resolve customer problems quickly and satisfactorily
  • take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing
  • assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping
  • operate and maintain printing, binding, and related equipment
  • maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store
  • ensure confidentiality of customer data
  • process financial transactions using POS terminal
  • clean, repair, and stock printing and shipping equipment and supplies
  • stay current on merchandising materials and ensure proper product display
  • prevent errors and waste through preemptive action
  • complete required financial paperwork and assist with reporting
  • follow standard operating procedures and adhere to legal, safety, and security policies
  • perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • seek opportunities to improve knowledge and skills
  • operate with minimal supervision
  • adhere to team member handbook standards
  • perform other duties as assigned
