- 6 plus months of specialized experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to stand during entire shift excluding breaks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- deliver positive customer experience using consultative skills
- take and process complex customer orders accurately
- operate and maintain printing, binding, and shipping equipment
- assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping
- maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
- process financial transactions using POS terminal
- assist in training store team members
- manage retail supply and stock materials
- follow company policies and procedures
- perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- handle customer problems quickly and satisfactorily
