Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • six plus months of specialized experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to stand during entire shift excluding rest periods
  • ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • ability to bend and twist at waist and knees consistently
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members consistently
  • ability to perform work requiring cooperation and instruction
  • ability to function in fast-paced environment under pressure

Job Duties

  • Deliver positive customer experiences using consultative skills to anticipate needs
  • take and process complex customer orders accurately
  • provide pricing and product information for printing, signs and graphics, and shipping
  • operate and maintain printing, binding, and shipping equipment
  • manage production queue and retail supplies
  • stock materials and move boxes and equipment
  • resolve customer issues promptly to satisfaction
  • ensure confidentiality of customer data and handle financial transactions
  • maintain a clean and safe retail store environment
  • assist in training store team members
  • perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • adhere to FedEx Office policies and procedures
