Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Six months or more of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand during entire shift excluding breaks
  • Ability to move and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Consistent ability to bend and twist at waist and knees
  • Effective communication with customers and team members
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver positive customer experience using consultative skills
  • Take and process orders accurately using order systems
  • Operate and maintain printing, binding, and shipping equipment
  • Assist in training and supporting team members
  • Maintain safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
  • Manage production queue, output, and retail supplies
  • Process financial transactions and handle cash with accuracy
