Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to stand during entire shift excluding meal and rest periods
  • ability to move and lift up to 55 pounds
  • ability to bend and twist at the waist and knees consistently
  • effective communication with customers, vendors, and team members
  • ability to perform work requiring cooperation and instruction
  • ability to function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
  • ability to work with minimal supervision
  • regular attendance and adherence to established business hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver a positive customer experience using consultative skills
  • take customer orders and provide accurate pricing information
  • recommend FedEx Office products and services based on customer needs
  • operate and maintain printing, binding, and shipping equipment
  • assemble and prepare parcels for shipping including wrapping, weighing, and labeling
  • maintain a clean, safe, and orderly store environment
  • ensure confidentiality of customer data and handle financial transactions accurately
