Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Six or more months of specialized experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand during entire shift excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to bend and twist regularly at the waist and knees
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Ability to perform cooperative and instructional work activities
- Ability to function well under substantial pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Regular attendance and punctuality to maintain established business hours
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate and maintain retail equipment
- Experience in managing customer orders and handling financial transactions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Consistently deliver a positive customer experience by anticipating customer needs and providing solutions
- Take and process complex customer orders accurately using order systems
- Operate and maintain printing, binding, and shipping equipment effectively
- Assist in training and supporting other store team members
- Manage retail supply, stock materials, and maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Process financial transactions using POS terminals including cash handling
- Follow all FedEx Office policies, procedures, and standards ensuring confidentiality and security of customer data and materials
