Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to stand during entire shift except meal and rest periods
  • ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • ability to bend and twist at waist and knees consistently
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction consistently
  • ability to function in a fast-paced environment under substantial pressure
  • ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
  • ability to work with minimal supervision
  • ability to report regularly to work and maintain business hours

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent education
  • specialized experience of 6+ months
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • knowledge of printing, signs, graphics, and shipping products
  • ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • familiarity with POS terminals and financial transaction processing
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to fast-paced retail environments

Job Duties

  • deliver positive customer experiences using consultative skills
  • take complex customer orders and provide accurate pricing information
  • operate and maintain printing, binding, and shipping equipment
  • assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping
  • maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
  • assist in training store team members
  • follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with safety and security policies
