Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6 plus months of specialized experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions
  • assist in the training of store team members
  • demonstrate consultative behaviors to understand each customer’s individualized needs
  • provide expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines
  • recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services
  • resolve customer problems quickly and to customer satisfaction
  • take complex customer orders and provide accurate pricing information
  • assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping
  • operate printing and binding equipment
  • maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store
  • ensure confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents
  • process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal
  • clean, repair, and stock equipment and supplies
  • maintain retail merchandising displays
  • prevent errors and waste
  • complete required financial paperwork
  • follow FedEx Office standard operating procedures and policies
  • perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • pursue opportunities to improve knowledge and skills
  • operate with minimal supervision
  • adhere to team member handbook standards
  • perform other duties as assigned
