Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to stand for entire shift excluding breaks
  • ability to move and lift up to 55 pounds
  • ability to bend and twist consistently
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Duties

  • Follow instructions of supervisors and assist team members in store functions
  • assist in training store team members
  • demonstrate consultative behaviors to understand customer needs
  • provide expertise in printing, signs, graphics, and shipping
  • recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services
  • resolve customer problems promptly
  • take complex customer orders accurately
  • assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping
  • set up and operate printing and binding equipment
  • maintain a safe and orderly store environment
  • ensure confidentiality of customer data
  • process financial transactions accurately
  • stock and maintain printing and shipping equipment
  • ensure proper merchandising of retail products
  • take preemptive action to avoid errors and waste
  • complete financial paperwork and assist with reporting
  • follow all company policies and procedures
  • perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • seek opportunities for skill improvement
  • operate with minimal supervision
  • adhere to team member and store standards
  • complete additional assigned duties as needed
