Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Six months or more of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand during entire shift excluding meal and rest periods
  • Ability to move and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to bend and twist at the waist and knees consistently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under substantial pressure
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Six months or more of specialized experience in retail or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of printing, shipping, or graphic services preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently

Job Duties

  • Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions
  • Assist in the training of store team members
  • Demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer's individualized needs
  • Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines and recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services
  • Provide an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions
  • Ensure all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information
