Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must be able to work well independently and collaboratively
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus
- Sales experience preferred
- Bilingual skills considered an advantage
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service, cashiering, or retail environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
- Capable of multitasking and managing diverse duties simultaneously
- Strong work ethic and positive, outgoing personality
- Knowledge of pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus
- Sales background is advantageous
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them both in person and on the phone
- Process sales transactions, pawn loans, and loan extensions accurately and efficiently
- Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the store is prepared for daily operations and properly secured at the end of the day
- Assist customers in reaching mutually satisfying agreements regarding pawn items including jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that fosters customer loyalty and sets the store apart from competitors
- Engage in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance skills and advance career within the company
- Collaborate with team members to support store goals and provide exemplary service
