Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- deliver personalized beauty experiences
- responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining organized and shoppable spaces
- meet and surpass daily sales goals
- effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools
- at least 1 year of customer service or selling experience
- ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 25 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and use close vision and color perception
- frequent use of computers and handheld equipment necessary to perform job functions
